After trying our hand at a small-ish herb garden - and it surviving for over a month - we've branched out to Flowers.
Last weekend we went out and bought three types of perrenials, and three anuals to see what would happen if we tried to keep them alive.
The perrenials went into plastic bowls (drilled with holes to make them planters) and the annuals got special planters taht don't conform to the black/white scheme of the herbs.
So far they seem to be doing really well. We've kept these ones alive for three days... hopefully we'll keep them going a little while longer as well.
