Red Velvet Oreo Truffle Bars from Pizzazzerie

So I made these... and they are obviously concentrated evil, but they're delectable, so I sold my soul for them anyway.

The changes I made include: Using Vanilla pudding mix because my small grocery store didn't have white chocolate, and leaving it in the pan the entire time because I'm a rebel (read: I don't have a serving dish that works for the size of the pan.)
