It's really helpful in planning and getting things done. But it can also be kind of hindering. Mostly because I like my lists to be full. So I tend to fill them up - and then I run around like a crazy person because I must do all the things.
This week was a little different. Coming back from time off/the craziness of a wedding, I gave myself a smaller list (meaning I wrote it on smaller paper) and still my schedule was packed. Because I'm nice to myself like that.
I think the coming week's list is going to have some "free time" in there. So I can take a moment, take a breath, and appriciate the craziness as it happens.
