Beets with Garlic and Wine

  • 1 lb Beets
  • 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (or Butter)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled Feta

Peel Beets and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Put all ingredients into sauce pan, cover and simmer until beets are tender.

Crumble feta over top.

Serve any temperature.
