This is my tea cup. It is 222 years old. Made in 1789.
And yes, I do use it. Every time I have a tea party.
I found it in an antique shop in Winchester Bay, Oregon (that I think was going out of business) 7 or 8 years ago, and got it for $2.
The brain soup of a geek girl who doesn't know how to smile, adores her ewok, and is figuring things out one cup of tea at a time.
What!!! That is crazy! And it is still so stylish :)
ReplyDeleteStill trying to build up my collection of teacups. I have three small ones (like you drink from at Chinese restaurants) and then one that has a saucer. It is covered in hibiscus flowers. Pretty sure it's not 222 years old though :)
