* At this point, our transaction wasn’t actually finished. We went to customer service and after a brief wait, the customer service agent asked what she could do for us. All I asked for was if there was some way I could get the Catalina that didn’t print. A quick call to her manager later, and instead of getting us the catalina… she handed us a dollar fifty. So effectively, they paid us $0.31 for our second transaction.
So! We spent a total of $16.22 for what should have run us $92.15!
