The recipe I used wants you to add a whole onion – but I’m never a fan of raw onions, so I left it out – and says to use grape seed oil instead of sesame. I used this vinaigrette over a spinach salad and served it with a lemon baked Crock pot chicken breast. It was delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 Apple, cored and cubed
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
Salt, Pepper and Sugar (to taste)

Whisk
Directions:
Mix together oils and vinegar, add apple and seasonings, and stir well.
Serve over salad of your choice.
