You dont have to look far (just up) to know that this blog is called “The Unexamined Life” I took this from a quote by Socrates:
The unexamined life is not worth living.To me this meant a few things, but the most important of the things it means for me is tied to knowing ourselves.
If we do not examine our own lives, and look for the detrimental patterns in them, how then can we seek to better ourselves? And if we are stuck in a cycle of stagnation, how then can we truly call what we are doing… living?
My life certainly isn’t under a microscope from anyone else (at least not that I know of) so why shouldn’t I be the one to examine my unexamined life?
