(This is Grant. He used to live in Denver and we stayed with him one trip. I took this photo less than 10 seconds after he began to detail that he wanted a slide show of horrible pictures of him to play at his funeral.)

(North Window Arch in Arches National Park, Earl and I have made a promise that we are going to go back to this park and spend more time there. It was breathtaking)

(This picture was taken on my birthday - that's right, in March - For most of the day it was pleasent and sunny... and then, a blizzard hit and we had to stop here for the night. Also, Earl had already scraped off a lot of the snow by the time I got this picture.)
