This weekend two girlfriends and I got together and watched the three twilight films. We met at Nat’s apartment because hers was between ours, and it’s right across from one of the theaters down town. There were snacks and the ever necessary mimosas, and we watched the dvd’s of the first two films in champagne bliss surrounded by some pesky cats and a pup that looks so much like Lucy it’s really not funny.
Let me back track a bit. I did not mind the books. The movies however, are really awesome when you look at them for their comedic value. I love to watch them for the snarfles that come with them. Before we got there, I didn’t know Nat’s opinion of them, but I knew that our other party, who I won’t name so that she can’t get mad at me, has a huge crush on Jacob. I wasn’t sure that it wouldn’t end with her and me getting in a fight over my snarfles at the fursplosions. No fights ensued.
It was fun to just have a girl’s day, and it was fun to have Nat there to laugh at the sillies too.
P.S. I had faith in David Slade and he didn’t let me down – well, it’s still a twilight movie, but it’s definitely the best so far.

I haven't seen the third movie yet, mostly because I don't want to pay to see it in the theater. I'm glad to hear that it's better than the others.
